How do I take care of my hand blown glass?

Clancy Designs glasses, aka tumblers, can be washed in the dishwasher but all other items like pitchers, bowls and stemware should be hand washed in cool to warm water. No glass should ever be put in the microwave or used for hot or boiling items. Ice teas should be made ahead of time and allowed to cool in a heat safe container (plastic or ceramic) before pouring into one of our hand blown pitchers. When using our glass with candles, make sure the candle is already in a heat safe container like a small metal or pyrex cup. Lastly the best way to care for you and your glass is to enjoy it everyday!

How long will it take for me to get my glass delivery?

Although we do keep some items in stock, most are made to your order. Order turn around is usually 2 weeks. Once the pieces are completed they will be shipped out via UPS ground.

Do you ship outside the Continental United States?

Yes but please place orders for shipments going outside the continental United states over the phone. Please contact us for more information.
